降脂通脉胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者脂血、肝功能影响的研究

目的 探讨降脂通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症患者的血脂、肝功能的影响。方法 将90例冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症患者随机分为2组，对照组44例采用常规内科治疗，研究组46例采用常规用药联合降脂通脉胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、心电图改变，对比两组治疗前后血脂、肝功能及C反应蛋白指标变化。结果 治疗后，研究组治疗总有效率为80.43%，对照组为68.18%，两组对比X2 =121.15，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；心电图改变研究组总有效率为69.57%，对照组为59.09%，两组对比X2 =112.56，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前两组血脂各项对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组对比TG，t=1.70(P＜0.05)；TC,t=1.72(P＜0.05)、LDL-C，t=1.66(P＜0.05)、HDL-C，t=1.80 (P＜0.05)差异有统计学意义；LP(a)两组对比t=2.38（P＜0.01)差异有统计学意义；两组治疗前血浆肝功能指标、CRP水平差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两租对比，治疗组GPT，t=2.35(P＜0.01)、GOT，t=1.92(P＜0.05)、GGT，t=2.38（P＜0.01)、CRP，t=2.02 (P＜0.05)，治疗组显著优于对照组。结论 降脂通脉胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症疗效显著。

The study of the Effect of Jiangzhitongmai capsule on serum lipid and liver function in patients with coronary heart disease angina

Objective to explore the effect of jiangzhitongmai capsule on serum lipid and liver function in patients with coronary heart disease with angina combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease and angina combined with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups, 44 patients in the control group were treated by routine western medicine, and 46 patients in the research group were treated by routine western medicine combined with Jiangzhitongmai capsule. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the serum lipid index, liver function and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (CRP) were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 80.43 and that of the control group was 68.18, X2 =121.15, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).The effective rate of ECG in the study group was 69.57 and that of the control group was 59.09, X2 =112.56, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood lipids between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), and after the treatment TG,t=1.70(P<0.05);TC,t=1.72(P<0.05);LDL-C,t=1.66(P<0.05);HDL-C,t=1.80(P<0.05), The difference was statistically significant. The difference of LP(a) level between the two groups was significant,t=2.38 (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in plasma liver function and CRP before the treatment(P>0.05). After the treatment,In GPT,t=2.35 (P<0.01);GOT,t=1.92 (P<0.05);GGT,t=2.38(P<0.01);CRP,t=2.02(P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion jiangzhitongmai capsule is effective in treating angina and hyperlipidemia of coronary heart disease.
