Analysis of Nursing Effect in Perioperative Period of Endometrial Cancer with Diabetes

Objective To nurse the patients with endometrial cancer combined with diabetes during the perioperative period,and to explore the nursing effect.Methods The hospital conducted perioperative nursing experiments on patients with endometrial cancer and diabetes from December 2019 to November 2020,and selected 100 patients with endometrial cancer and diabetes during the perioperative period as experimental subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,and the clinical nursing effect was compared and analyzed.Results Judging from the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients after nursing,the control group was higher to the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level 2 hours after a meal,the experimental group was(5.39±1.77)mmol/L and(7.47±1.58)mmol/L,while the control group was(8.93±1.86)mmol/L and(11.54±2.98)mmol/L.The difference in data comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the point of view of complications,the complication rate of the experimental group was4.00%,which was much lower than that of the control group(22.00%).The difference in data comparison between the groups was statistically significant(χ²=13.994,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometrial cancer and diabetes,the use of perioperative nursing measures can effectively improve the patient’s psychological state and reduce blood glucose levels,which has a good clinical nursing effect.
