Clinical Study of Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of dapagliflozin treatment in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs,and the study group was treated with dapagliflozin based on the treatment plan of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);24 h urine microalbumin in the study group was lower than the control group after treatment.24 h urine glucose was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-1βin the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia,urinary tract infection,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic nephropathy,dapagliflozin treatment can effectively improve blood sugar,protect renal function,and reduce inflammation.It has high safety and significant clinical value.
