急性心梗患者社会支持与生活质量的相关性

目的:本文旨在探讨急性心梗患者基线资料对其社会支持及生活质量的影响,并分析两者的关系.方法:随机选取急性心梗患者,进行SSRS(社会支持自评量表)及SF-36(简明健康调查量表)评分,分组统计两量表得分间的相关性,对基线资料进行分层比较.结果:急性心梗患者SSRS及SF-36量表得分呈强正相关,且评分较低组别相关性更显著(P＜0.05).对SSRS及SF-36评分具有显著影响的包括:性别、年龄、职业及文化程度(P＜0.05).结论:急性心梗患者社会支持较差,生活质量下降,两者呈强正相关.社会支持及生活质量评分越差,两者间的相关性越显著.在冠心病的预防及治疗中,提高整体意识,重点控制相关因素,改善患者社会支持及生活质量,将有利于冠心病患者预后.

Relationship Between Social Support and Quality of Life in Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective: To discuss the influence of acute myocardial infarction patients’ baseline information on their social support and quality of life,and to analyze the relationship between social support and quality of life.Methods: Patients with acute myocardial infarction involved in this study randomly were evaluated by SSRS and SF-36 rating scales,the correlation of the two scale scores was studied by group,and then stratified comparison was performed between the two scores and patients’ baseline information.Results: It shows a strong positive correlation between SSRS and SF-36 scale score of acute myocardial infarction patients,and in the group with lower scores,the correlation is much more significant(P<0.05).SSRS and SF-36 score has significant difference in sex,age,occupation,and degree of education(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acute myocardial infarction patient has less social support and declined quality of life.There is a strong positive correlation between social support and quality of life.The lower the score of social support and quality of life is,the more significant this correlation is.In the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,elevating the overall awareness and focusing on control-related factors to improve patients’ social support and quality of life will do help to the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
