妊娠合并子宫肌瘤分娩期处理的临床研究

目的研究妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对妊娠与分娩的影响,及剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法对56例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕妇的数据进行回顾性分析。选择同期分娩的无子宫肌瘤的孕妇60例为对照组。结果子宫肌瘤合并妊娠的孕期及分娩期的并发症增加,剖宫产率增加,40例同时行肌瘤剔除术均成功剔除,出血量无明显增加。结论子宫肌瘤使妊娠期、分娩期并发症增加,在合适的情况下剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除并没有增加手术风险。

The clinac study on the treatment to pregnancy combined with myoma

Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy combined with myoma on pregnancy and delivery, the feasibility of cesarean myonectomy. Methods To retrospective case-contol study ,56 patients in pregnancy combined with myoma were compared with the contol group consisted of 60 patients in pregnancy without myoma. Results Both the complication of pregnancy combined with myoma on pregnancy and delivery, and the cesarean section rates grew;40 patients underwent cesarean myomectomy all succeed, and the hemorrhage did not obviously grow. Conclusion Hysteromyoma can grow the the complication of pregnancy and delivery; on the suitable condition, cesarean myomectomy do not increase the operation risk.
