| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜诊断治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis,AHNP)的价值。方法:回顾分析我院2003年3月至2008年7月应用腹腔镜诊治出血坏死性胰腺炎5例患者的临床资料。结果:5例患者均经腹腔镜探查明确诊断,并同时在腹腔镜下完成治疗,术后无并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜用于诊治AHNP具有独特的优势,既能明确诊断又能同时治疗,降低了阴性剖腹探查率,可提高患者术后的生存质量,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis(AHNP).Methods:The clinical data of 5 cases of AHNP patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients had been comfirmed diagnosis,and had completed exploration and treatment by laparoscopy.No complications occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopy not only can diagnose AHNP,but also treat it,and decrease the rate of the negative operated exploration.This operation should be applied widely ... |
