| 耳根阻滞在小儿骨科手术中的临床应用 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：验证耳根阻滞的镇痛作用，减少小儿手术的麻醉药量。方法：对103例择期小儿骨科手术中的52例行耳根阻滞，另51例为对照组，观察麻醉用药量及维持时间。结果；耳根阻滞组的麻醉药量明显少于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：耳根阻滞有明显的镇痛作用，可减少麻醉药量，从而减少麻醉药的毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose To testify analgesic effect of blocking of ear root with decrease of dosage of narcotics in operation of children. Methods Of 103 children of orthopedic operation, 52 cases received blocking of ear root and 51 cases were used as control group, and the dosage of narcotics and lasting time of the anesthetic effect were observed. Results The dosage of the narcotics in the ear root blocking group was significantly less than that in the control group( P <0 01). Conclusion The ear root blocking method has obvious analgesic effect, decreasing the dosage and toxic and side effects of the narcotics. |
