肝硬化合并上消化道出血的护理

目的 探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血的病情观察和护理方法. 方法 对33例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的病情进行观察,正确估计出血量,观察呕血及黑便量和颜色变化,检测生命体征,特别是血压、脉搏的变化,以及对全身状况的观察,使护理人员很好地把握病情危重程度,做到心中有数,并采取相应的治疗护理措施. 结果 33例患者痊愈出院29例,未愈自动出院的3例,死亡1例. 结论 密切观察患者病情变化,及时给予抢救和护理,可提高肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的治愈率.

Nursing of Cirrhoses Patients with a Complication of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the observation and ways of nursing of the cirrhotic patients with a complication of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Observe 33 cases of cirrhoses patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage; estimate the amount of hemorrhage accurately;observe the color changes of the hematemesis and melena;detect vital signs, especially the blood pressure, pulse changs, as well as systemic conditions, so that the paramedic could be aware of the degree of critical condition with certainty,deal with emergencies better, and take corresponding measures in time. Results 29 of the 33 cases of patients were cured;3 discharged from hospital without total recovery;1 died. Conclusion Through observing changes in patients closely, giving immediate treatment and care, the cure rate in cirrhosis patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can be raied.
