| 摘 要： | 抗炎保肝治疗是慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）不可忽视的辅助治疗手段,可应用于抗病毒治疗的各个阶段。且针对抗病毒禁忌、抗病毒原发无应答、治疗失败,甚至肝硬化失代偿和肝衰竭等,抗炎保肝仍为重要的治疗方案。本文综述各类抗炎保肝药物在CHB临床治疗中的合理应用。

| Abstract: | Anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective drugs can be used in different periods of antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. For the cases of antiviral contraindications, anti-viral primary non-response and treatment failure, even decompensated liver cirrhosis and liver failure, the anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotection remain an important treatment. This review describes clinical application on a variety of anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective drugs. |
