| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同温度是否影响血细胞分析仪的检测结果。方法：取患者指尖血20μl双份于两管，一管为测定管，另一管为时照管，用MEK—6318K血细胞分析仪测定。结果：除RDW一项参数外。其余各项两组均有显著差异。结论：不同温度时血细胞分析仪测定结果有一定的影响。为使测定结果准确、可靠，严格掌握实验条件很有必要。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: exploring whether different temperatures may affect the testing result of hemocyte analyzer. Method: Taking a sample of finger-tip blood with two tubes respectively, one being testing tube and the other contrast tube, and testing them with MEK-6318K hemocyte analyzer.Result: All items of the two samples showing notable difference except one parameter, RDW. Conclusion: Temperature affects the testing result of hemocyte analyzer. It is necessary that experimental conditions be strictly controlled so as to get accurate and reliable result. |
