| 摘 要： | 目的比较硫酸吗啡控释片口服和直肠给药对中、重度癌性疼痛的疗效和不良反应。方法中、重度癌痛患者86例随机分为A组（46例）和B组（40例）,分别口服或直肠应用硫酸吗啡控释片治疗癌性疼痛。结果A组和B组的疼痛缓解率（84.8%,39/46例对82.5%,33/40例）和不良反应发生率（34.8%,16/46例对45.0%,18/40例）的差异无统计学意义。结论经直肠应用硫酸吗啡控释片控制癌性疼痛与经口给药一样安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effectiveness and side effects of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets in pain treatment for advanced cancer pain per oral and rectum. Methods Eighty six patients with midrange and severe pain induced by advanced carcinoma were divided into group A （46 cases） and group B （40 cases） randomly, group A was treated with morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets orally. Group B was treated per rectum. Results The difference of effectiveness （84.8%, 36/46 cases vs 82.5%, 33/40 cases） and side effect ratio （34. 8%, 16/46 cases vs 45.0%, 18/40 cases） between two groups was not significant. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply the morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets to treat the cancer pain per rectum, just like Orally. |
