摘    要:目的 探讨胃癌中CD44v3的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测63例胃癌组织中CD44v3的表达.结果 CD44v3在正常胃组织、癌周组织及远癌组织中无表达,癌组织中CD44v3阳性表达率为41.27%;其表达与胃癌的病理类型、远处转移、癌组织分化程度、TNM分期、Lauren分型、Borrmann分型无关(P>0.05);有淋巴结转移的组中CD44v3阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);CD44v3表达强度与浸润深度呈正相关(rs=0.4253).结论 CD44v3在胃癌组织中有中等程度的表达,且与胃癌的淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关,CD44v3对提示胃癌病程进展和预测胃癌转移潜能有一定价值.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v3 and its clinical significance in human gastric cancer.Methods The expression of CD44v3 was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 63 gastric cancer tissues.Results No expression of CD44v3 was observed in normal tissues,paracancerous tissues and distant-tumor tissues.The positive rate of cancer tissues was 41.27%.There was no correlation found among the expression of CD44v3 with pathological type,distant metastasis,the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage,Lauren type as well as Borrmann type(P>0.05);The expression of CD44v3 was much higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than that in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The expression of CD44v3 was positively correlated with the depth of invasion(rs=0.4253).Conclusion With a moderate level expression in gastric cancer tissues,CD44v3 was correlated with the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and the depth of invasion.The expression of CD44v3 may suggest the progression of gastric cancer and prognosis the metastatic potential value of gastric cancer.
