多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

目的探讨螺旋CT对主动脉夹层疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例主动脉夹层患者的CT成像资料与临床资料。结果主动脉夹层的CT征象及临床表现主要有:平扫可观察到主动脉影增宽6例;血管壁钙化9例,钙化内膜移位5例,薄层扫描主动脉腔内有时可见到弧形或条状分隔线4例;胸腔积液6例。增强扫描可见到"双腔征"12例。临床症状主要有:突发性撕裂样或刀割样胸背部或腰腹部疼痛。结论螺旋CT扫描能明确诊断主动脉夹层,应做为首选检查方法。

Multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection

Objective To explore the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods Twelve patients with aortic dissection were involved in this study.CT images and clinical data were retrospectively reviewed.Results CT and clinical manifestations were as follows: on plain CT,broadening of aortic shadow was observed in 6 cases,pleural effusion in 6 cases,calcification of aorta in 9 cases,shift of the calcified intima in 5 cases.On contrast-enhanced scanning,the "double lumen" was demonstrated in 12 cases,clinical signs displayed including sudden tearing or cutting-like chest pain in lumbar back or abdomen.Conclusion Conventional spiral CT can help diagnose aortic dissection accurately and shoud be the first choice in clinical practice.
