2种根管糊剂在一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎中的疗效比较

目的比较氧化锌丁香油糊剂和AH plus糊剂在一次性根充治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选择慢性根尖周炎病例115例120颗恒牙,随机分成A,B两组,分别选用氧化锌丁香油糊剂及AH plus糊剂加牙胶尖进行一次性根管充填,观察术后1周的反应及1年的临床效果。结果术后1周内,A,B两组术后反应率分别为27.6%,9.7%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后1年的总成功率分别为93.1%,95.2%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论氧化锌丁香油糊剂在一次性根管治疗中术后1周的反应较AH plus糊剂明显较多,但远期疗效方面二者均效果良好,可靠,无明显差别。

Clinical effect of two kinds of root paste fillers in one-visit root canal therapy on chronic periapical periodontitis

Objective To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of root paste fillers in one-visit root canal therapy on chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 teeth of 115 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups randomly.Group A was filled with AH-plus paste,and group B with zinc oxide eugenol paste.Two groups also received one-visit root canal filling together with perchapoint,then the clinical effect after one week and one year post operation was observed.Results The two groups’ post operative reaction of one week was 27.6% and 97%,respectively.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total rate of successful therapy of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion One week after operation,group A has more obvious adverse events than group B.However,the long-term outcome of one year is good and shows no difference between two groups.
