| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析55例先天性膈疝术后机械通气的治疗,以提高先天性膈疝术后生存率。方法总结4年来对先天性膈疝术后机械通气治疗的经验,分析术后合理使用机械通气与生存率的关系。结果 55例先天性膈疝术后顺利撤机,撤机成功率达92.7%,撤机后均成活。结论加强术前术后的管理,机械通气的合理使用有助于提高成活率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To retrospectively analyze 55 cases of postoperative mechanical ventilation in congenital diaphragmatic hernia treatment,in order to improve the survival rate of congenital diaphragmatic hernia.Methods Three years’ experience of postoperative mechanical ventilation in the treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia was summarized,and the relationship between postoperative reasonable use of mechanical ventilation and survival rate was analyzed.Results A total of 55 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia smooth postoperative were weaned,weaning success rate being 92.7% and all survived after weaning.Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative management should be strengthened,and the rational use of mechanical ventilation can help improve the survival rate. |
