心血管内科随机对照临床试验文献调查分析

目的：调查分析心血管内科随机对照临床试验（RCT）论文情况。方法：以《中华心血管病杂志》为样本,调查每篇文章单（或多）中心研究情况、阳性结论情况、研究对象数及周期、基金资助情况、单位排名等。结果：临床RCT文章173篇,期均RCT数1.6篇,RCT在所有临床研究类文献中占比为9.9%。结论：心血管内科应重视循证依据极强的临床RCT研究,此类研究对国内心血管病领域临床指南及诊疗规范的制定具有重要指导意义。

An analysis of randomized controlled trials of cardiovascular system

Objective： To study the academic level of randomized controlled trials（RCT） published in the Chinese Journal of Cardiology.Methods： The analysis included the main study,positive conclusions,number of patients,research funding source,and author＇s affiliations.Results： A total of 173 clinical RCTs were published,accounting for 9.9% of all the clinical studies published in the journal,and the average number of RCTs in each issue was 1.6.Conclusion： The cardiovascular system puts emphasis on clinical studies of high evidence level such as RCT,which provide evidence for making the clinical guidelines in the specialty of cardiology.
