QTc间期离散度与2型糖尿病及其合并冠心病的关系

摘    要:目的:研究2型糖尿病及其合并冠心病QTc间期离散度(QTcd)的变化。方法:测量计算86例2型糖尿病患者的QTcd,并分为糖尿病1组(未合并冠心病)44例,糖尿病2组(合并冠心病)42例,并测量40例冠心病患者(冠心病组)的QTcd及40例对照组的QTcd,进行组间对比。结果:糖尿病1组的QTcd较对照组显著增大(P〈0.01),糖尿病2组的QTcd较糖尿病1组增大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),糖尿病1组及冠心病组的QTcd均较对照组增大(P〈0.01),虽然糖尿病1组的QTcd较冠心病组略小,但该两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),糖尿病2组与冠心病组比较,QTcd显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:测量QTcd对预测2型糖尿病心血管事件有重要意义。

Abstract:Objectives: To study QTc dispersion(QTcd) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and in those combined with both type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups,diabetes group 1 of 44 patients(without CHD),diabetes group 2 of 42 patients(with CHD),at the same time,measured QTcd in 40 patients only with coronary heart disease(CHD) and that in control group of 40 cases,compared them with each other.Results: QTcd in diabetes group 1 was larger than that in control group(P0.01),QTcd in diabetes group 2 was larger than that in diabetes group 1,there was significant difference between them(P0.05).QTcd in diabetes group 1 and group CHD were all larger than that in control group(P0.01),though QTcd in diabetes group 1 was little shorter than that in group CHD,but there was no significant difference between them(P0.05).QTcd in diabetes group 2 was larger than that in group CHD,there was significant difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion: It is very useful of predicting the incident of cardiovascular disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus to measure QTcd.
