| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描在大肠癌分期中的应用。方法：对经病理证实的62例大肠癌患者螺旋CT扫描图像分析,进行Duke分期,对照术后病理结果评判螺旋CT分期的准确性。结果：螺旋CT对大肠癌的分期具备高敏感性。结论：大肠癌术前螺旋CT检查是大肠癌分期的最佳方法并对远处转移的诊断具备明显优势,同时对能否行手术治疗及预后判断具有重要指导意义。
