| 摘 要： | 目的：研究腹腔镜治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的可行性。方法：对14例剖宫产瘢痕部位异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜下妊娠囊摘除术,并对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有病例均在腹腔镜下行妊娠囊摘除术,未转换成开腹手术。手术时间50～210 min,平均98 min;手术后血红蛋白下降（1.2～3.4）g/dl,平均下降2.3 g/dl;术后住院时间3～7 d,平均4.3 d。术后患者未行甲氨蝶呤化疗。结论：腹腔镜治疗剖宫产瘢痕异位妊娠是一个可行和安全的方法,可作为治疗方案的选择。 |
