| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"益气调血、扶本培元"针法对血管性痴呆的临床治疗效果。方法:将60例血管性痴呆住院病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组行住院病人常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益气调血、扶本培元针法治疗,6周后采用智能及行为检测量表对两组病人评价疗效并对比。结果:治疗组MMSE及HDS-R评分较前明显改变且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气调血、扶本培元针法可以显著改善VD患者的认知记忆能力。
