| 摘 要： | 目的:观察百会透曲鬓穴为主治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:60例脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组给予肌注神经节苷脂;治疗组在此基础上给予百会透曲鬓穴为主、体穴点刺为辅的方法进行针刺治疗。治疗3个疗程后,分别进行粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)评估,对比两组的疗效。结果:治疗组GMFM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百会透曲鬓穴为主治疗小儿脑瘫疗效肯定,在常规药物治疗基础上介入此针刺法能明显地提高疗效。 |
