| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺治疗急性痛证的临床疗效,为临床镇痛提供新的思路和依据。方法:将符合诊断标准的急性肾绞痛患者54例,随机均分为针刺肾经与膀胱经相对穴组和肌注强痛定组,观察两组的总体临床疗效、不同时相点的疼痛程度(VAS,视觉模拟评分)、疼痛开始缓解所需时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。组内比较除治疗后60 min和120 min外,余时相点VAS比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。组间比较治疗后10 min VAS、疼痛开始缓解所需时间及不良反应发生率分别比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:两者均能有效缓解肾绞痛症状,但相对穴对刺起效较快,具有较强的即刻止痛效果,且不良反应少。
