疏风解毒胶囊防治流感体内药效学研究

摘    要:目的评价疏风解毒胶囊在体内对H1N1流感病毒感染的防治作用。方法研究采用甲型H1N1流感病毒FM1株和PR8株滴鼻感染免疫低下小鼠造成肺炎模型,分别进行治疗性和预防性给药,观察小鼠肺指数、病死率,并进一步进行分子机理研究。结果①致免疫低下小鼠肺炎模型实验中,治疗性给予疏风解毒胶囊4d后,三个剂量组肺指数、肺组织中的病毒载量均明显降低;FM1株三个剂量组动物的死亡数均显著降低,PR8株中剂量组动物的存活天数显著增加;②致正常小鼠肺炎模型实验中,治疗性给药可明显降低肺组织中的病毒载量;提高小鼠肺组织IFN-γ含量,增加血清中SOD活力;并降低血清中TNF-α的含量。结论疏风解毒胶囊可通过影响小鼠免疫功能,改善流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎症状;降低H1N1感染小鼠的肺指数,对病毒性感冒有较好的治疗;并可明显降低感染动物的死亡率,延长存活天数。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of in vivo treatment and protection of shufengjiedu capsule on H1N1 infection.
