| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在消化道疾病诊断中的应用. 资料与方法 对27例经临床或病理证实的消化道疾病患者的中小血管CTA表现进行分析. 结果 5例小肠缺血中3例CTA表现为肠系膜上动脉闭塞,2例表现为肠系膜上动脉狭窄.7例小肠Crohn病CTA均表现为肠管的动脉远端分支迂曲扩张,6例出现"梳样征";肠系膜上动脉压迫综合症CTA表现为肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉的夹角变小;11例消化道肿瘤的CTA可显示肿瘤的供血动脉及肿瘤与血管的关系. 结论 CT血管造影能直观显示消化道疾病患者的血管情况. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in the evaluation digestive tract diseases.Materials and Methods CTA findings in twenty-seven patients with digestive tract diseases proved by pathology or followup.Results In 5 patients with intestinal ischemia, CTA demonstrated superior mesenteric artery (SMA) occlusion in 3 cases and SMA stenosis in 2 cases.CTA revealed dilation of intestinal terminal arteries in 7 cases with Crohn disease associated with comb sign in 6 cases.The angle between SMA and abdominal aorta (AA) was smaller in SMACS.In 11 cases with digestive tract tumors,CTA identified feeding arteries of tumors and the relationship between the tumor and the vessel.Conclusion CTA could directly display the vessel and abnormalities in patients with digestive tract diseases. |
