| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法:应用交锁髓内钉治疗56例胫腓骨骨折。结果:所有病 例获得随访,均愈合良好,无畸形愈合、骨延迟愈合情况,无髓内钉松动断裂现象。结论:交锁髓内钉更符合生物力 学,固定牢靠、并发症少,能早期活动,是治疗胫腓骨骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of intramedullar interlocking Nail in fixation the fracture of the tibia and fibulia.Methods:Fifty-six cases of the fracture of the tibia and fibulia were cured with intramedullar interlocking nail.Results:All cases had been followed, the fracture were healed,There were not angular heal and delayed heal,Not intramedullar interlocking nail loosen or broken.Conclusion:Intramedullar interlocking nail is suitable for biomechanics and is one of effective treatment of the fracture of the tibia and fibulia due to its advantages of strong fixation,few complications and early exercise. |
