泌尿外科术前护理风险管理对预防术后出血的效果

目的探讨泌尿外科术前护理风险管理对预防术后出血的效果，为规范术前的护理风险管理提供依据。方法加强护士护理风险管理培训，建立护理安全文化；教育和促进护士的识别与评估术后出血高危因素的能力，及早作出预见性处理；强化护士风险意识，培训提高护士风险应急能力；建立急救预案，规范术后并发出血风险时的处置流程。结果实施风险管理后，患者术后出血发生率降低（x2=11．80，P〈0．01），患者对护理服务满意度提高（U=28．10，P〈0．01），组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论对术前患者实施风险管理，能有效降低术后出血发生率，促进合并出血患者的较快康复，从而使患者获得优质的安全服务。

Preoperative nursing risk management decreases incidence of postoperative hemorrhage in urology

Objective To investigate preoperative nursing risk management on the prevention of postoperative hemorrhage in urology, and to provide the basis for the standardization of preoperative nursing risk management.Methods To strengthen the nursing risk management training of nurses, and establish safety culture of nursing;to promote the ability of the nurses to assess the risk factors of postoperative hemorrhage, for the predictable treatment by time;to strengthen the risk awareness of the nurses, and promote the capabilities of nurses for emergency response;to make the emergency plans, standardize the disposal process for postoperative hemorrhage.Results Preoperative nursing risk management decreases incidence of postoperative hemorrhage(χ2=11.80,P<0.01) and the patients' satisfaction of care have been improved(U=28.10,P<0.01), There is a satistically significant difference.Conclusions Preoperative risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage, lead to rapid rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhage, so that patients could receive high quality security services.
