| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨双侧原发性乳腺癌 (BPBC)的诊断标准、治疗原则及预后。方法 :回顾性分析了1981年 10月～ 1999年 12月收治的 2 4例BPBC患者的临床资料。结果 :2 4例BPBC患者经根治手术及术后综合治疗后按首发侧癌和第二侧癌计算 5年、10年生存率分别为 77.3%、52 .6%和 4 7.4 %、2 5 0 % ,其中 4例患者第二侧癌治疗后存活 10年以上。结论 :BPBC的治疗原则与单侧乳腺癌相比无明显差别 ,临床分期是判断BPBC预后的主要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the criteria of diagnosis,the principle of treatment and the prognosis of bilateral primary breast cancer.Methods From October 1981 to December 1999,twenty four patients with bilateral primary breast cancer were anylysed retrospectively.Results Twenty four patients were subjected to radical mastectomy and combined therapies,the five year and ten year survival rates according to primary lateral and secondary contralateral carcinona were 77.3%,52.6%and 47.4%,25.0% respectively,4 patients sruvived 10 years after treatmemt of the secondary contralateral carcinoma.Conclusion No difference was found between BPBC and single lateral breast carcinoma in treatment,prognosis of BPBC was determined by clinical stages. |
