应用数据包络分析评价新疆地区医院手术室的护理效率

目的探讨新疆地区三级甲等医院手术室护理工作的相对效率,为进一步合理配置护理人力资源提供依据。方法应用数据包络分析中的C2 R和BC2模型对新疆地区9所三级甲等医院手术室护理工作的相对效率进行评价。结果参评的9个手术室护理单元中,5个手术室总技术效率相对无效,不同规模手术室的总技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率平均值的比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);若对5个非总技术有效的手术室进行调整,可以节省护士人数20.3%、日人均护理工时38.3%,可增加年手术台次60.1%、日均台次29.0%。结论新疆地区三级甲等医院手术室护理人力资源存在低效率现象,采用数据包络分析对护理效率进行评价,可以为护理人力资源配置提供科学依据。

Nursing Efficiency Evaluation of Using C2R and BC2 Model in the Operating Room

Objective To explore the relative efficiency condition in 9 operating rooms of 9 class III Grade I hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, so as to provide evidences for proper allocation of the nursing resources. Methods Using the C2R model and BC2 model to evaluate the efficiency of the 9 operating rooms of class III Grade I hospitals in Xinjiang. Results A total of 5 operating rooms out of the 9 were inefficient. No significant difference was found in the mean value of the total technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency（P〉0.05）. Adjustment of the 5 non-total technical efficiency may reduce 20.3% of nursing resources and 38.3% working time,and to increase 60. 1% of the operation number per year,and 29.0% per day. Conclusion The existence of low efficiency was found in the nursing resource utilization of the 9 operating room units in class III Grade I hospitals. With a DEA based approach,we were able to provide scientific basis for the resource allocation through identifying the level of nursing efficiency.
