结肠透析配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

【目的】观察结肠透析配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的临床疗效。【方法】将70例CRF患者随机分为观察与对照组各35例。两组常规治疗相同，对照组采用中药保留灌肠；观察组先行结肠透析，之后以中药制剂保留灌肠。观察两组治疗前后11盘床症状和血肌酐（SCr）、血尿素氮（BUN）及血清β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）指标的变化。【结果】两组治疗后临床症状体征、SCr、BUN、β2-MG较治疗前均有不同程度的改善（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），观察组改善优于对照组（P〈0．01），两组总有效率比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。【结论】中药灌肠治疗CRF有一定疗效，而结肠透析配合中药制剂保留灌肠治疗CRF疗效更为显著。

Clinical Research of Colonic Dialysis Combined with Herb Retention Enema in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Patients

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of colonic dialysis combined with herb retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods] Seventy CRF patients were randomly divided into the observation group（ n =35） and the control group（ n =35）. All patients received routine therapy. In addition, the control group was treated with herb retention enema and the treatment group was treated by colonic dialysis combined with herb retention enema. The changes of symptoms and the levels of serum creatinine （SCr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and β2 micro-globulin（β2-MG） were observed before and after the treatment. Results]Compared with before treatment, the symptoms and signs, SCr, BUN and β2-MG in two groups after treatment were improved（ P〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. The above indexes in the treatment group were improved more significantly than those in the control group（ P〈0.01）. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion] Herb retention enema is effective for the treatment of CRF. Furthermore colonic dialysis combined with herb retention enema has a better therapeutic effect on CRF.
