胆道镜在治疗术后肝内外胆管残余结石中的应用

目的：探讨胆道镜在治疗术后肝内外胆管残余结石的临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析南京医科大学第一附属医院胆道外科2003年2月至2014年12月施行胆道镜检查的4092例患者的临床资料。结果在所有4092例行胆道镜检查的患者中,1399例术后发现有胆道残余结石,残余结石率为34．18%。1399例有残余结石的患者共经窦道取石2672次,手术时间(24．19±13．42)min,并发症发生率为5．18%,残石率为0．37%。结论胆道镜用于治疗术后肝内外胆管残余结石是安全有效的,值得大力推广。

Application of choledochoscope in treatment of postoperative biliary mirror residual extrahepatic bile duct stones

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of choledochoscope in the treatment of postoperative biliary mirror residual extrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods The clinical data in 4 092 cases of patients received biliary surgery with application of choledocho-scope in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2003 to December 2014 were retrospectively analysed. Re-sults 1 399 cases in 4 092 cases of patients had residual stones, and the rate of residual stones was 34. 18%. 1399 cases of biliary endo-scopic sinus stone underwent 2 672 times of stone removal;the operative time was (24. 19 ± 13. 42) min, complication rate was 5. 18%, and residual stone rate was 0. 37%. Conclusion Choledochoscope in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct residual stones is safe and effective, and thus is worth promoting.
