| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱癌并前列腺增生症患者同期施行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电汽化术的可行性.方法对同期施行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电汽化术的22例膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析.结果该组患者均顺利康复,无明显合并症,术后复诊,4例出现肿瘤复发,复发部位不位于前列腺窝.结论同期施行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电汽化术,安全,住院时间短,不会有前列腺窝的肿瘤种植. |

| Abstract: | To evalute the feasibility of TURBt combined with TUVP for bladder tumor with BPH. The clinical data of 22 cases of bladder tumor with BPH treated by simultaneous TURBt and TUVP were reviewed. All patients this team rehabilitated smoothly no complications were observed, four tumor recurrences occurred not in the prostaticurethra. [Conclusions] Our data indicate that simultaneous TURBt and TUVP is a safe timesaver, do not negatively affect tumor implantation in the prostatic fossa. |
