| Abstract: | Objective The personalized practice teaching based on practice, which clinical medical students act a normal doctor and perform operation by themselves. It can satisfy the students personal demand, shorten the difference between the Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education （GMER） and students quality, benefit the design of occupation career and choose employment direction, it can cultivate the students＇ communication and coordination skin, clinical innovation ability and humanized quality.
