血浆心钠素测定与肺癌关系的初步研究

作者测定了６４例原发性肺癌、３２例肺良性疾病患者和３２名健康人血浆心钠素（ａｔｒｉａｌｎａｔｒｉｕｒｅｔｅｃｐｏｌｙｐｅｐ－ｔｉｄｅ，ＡＮＰ）含量，并比较了１５例肺癌患者治疗前后血浆ＡＮＰ含量变化。结果表明肺癌组血浆ＡＮＰ显著高于肺良性疾病组和健康对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；小细胞肺癌（ＳＣＬＣ）显著高于鳞癌和腺癌（Ｐ＜０．０１）；晚期肺癌高于早期肺癌（ｐ＜０．０５）；ＡＮＰ对肺癌诊断的敏感性为４３．７５％，特异性为８５．９３％，诊断符合率为６４．８４％；治疗后ＡＮＰ显著低于治疗前（Ｐ＜０．００１）。所以血浆ＡＮＰ的测定有助于肺癌的诊断和组织学分类，也是判断病情和疗效的一项较有效指标。

A Preliminary Study of Relation between Lung Cancer and Data of Assay of Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide in Plasma

Atrial natriuretic polypepitide(ANP)in Plasma from 64 patients wigh primary lung can-cer, 32 patients with benign lung dixeases and 32 normal persons was determined.Thechanges of levels of ANP before and after treatment in 15 of 64 patients with lung cancer were compared.The results showthat the levels of plasma ANP in the patients with lung cancer are significantly higber than those in both the groups of patients with benign lung diseases and the normal control(P<0.01).The levels of ANP inthe patients with small cell lung cancer are significantly higher than those in in the patients with squamous cell carcinma or adenocarcinoma (P<0.01).The levels of ANP in patients with advanced lung cancer aresignificantly higher than thise in early lung cancer(<0. 05).ANP for diangostic sensitiveness in lung cancer accounts for 43.75%; for specifity,85.93%;for diangnostic accurate rate,64.84%;and the levelsof ANP after treatment are signiflcantly lower than before treatment P<0.01). It is shown that the levelof plasma ANP is helpful in diagnosis of lung cancer and in classification of histological types. It is also anvaluable index for monitoring disese and its response to therpy.
