食管癌联合化疗方案的探讨

本文作者报告采用ＤＦ（顺铂，氟脲嘧啶）ＤＭＦ（顺铂，氨甲喋呤，氟脲嘧啶）ＣＥＰ（卡铂，足叶乙甙坪阳霉素）ＤＭＰ（顺铂，丝裂霉素，平阳霉素）４种花物联合化疗方案的治疗１００例晚期食管癌的放疗，其中ＤＭＰ方案的实施系统采用选择性食管动脉灌注化疗，另三种方案为常规静脉全身给药，４种方案的有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）分别有，ＤＦ方案６０．０％（２４／４０），ＣＥＰ方案５２．２％（１２／２３），ＤＭＦ方案４０．０％

Discussion on Combined Chemotherapy Schemes of Esophageal Carcinoma

One hundred patients with advanced carcinoma of the esophagus were treated with DF (cis-platin,5-fluorouracil ),DMF ( cisplatin ,methotrexate,5-fluorouracil),CEP ( carboplatin,etoposide,pingyangmycin)and DMP(cisplatin, mitomycin C,pingyangmycin )four combined chemotherapy schemes.DMP scheme was used in perfusing chemotherapy with selective esophageal arterial catherization. The otherschemes were given intravenously. The response rate(CR PR) of DF, CEP, DMF and DMP schernes were60.O%(24/40) ,52.2%(12/23),40.O%(8/20) and 47.1%(8/17),respectively. The median survival dura-tion was 7 months. The major toxic side effects of chemotherapy were gastrointestinal disturbance and myelo-suppression.Nausea and vomiting were mild in CEP and DMP groups. Myelosuppression was markedly severein CEP group.Four patients had cardiotxicity of 5-fluorouracil in DF group.No hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxi-city were encountered.
