石家庄野生黄连木果柄挥发油的化学成分

摘    要:目的分析石家庄野生黄连木果柄挥发油的主要化学成分。方法用水蒸馏法提取挥发油并用气相色谱-质谱法分析。结果鉴定出6种挥发油成分,占挥发油总量的83.8%。结论挥发油的主要成分为香桧烯(44.1%)、松油烯-4-醇(22.0%)、Г-松油烯(7.0%)和1R-α-蒎烯(6.8%)。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the major chemical composition of the carpopodium essential oil of Pistacia chinensis growing wild in Shijiazhuang.Methods The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC-MS.Results Six compounds were identified,comprising 83.8% of the total essential oil.Conclusion The major components of the essential oil were sabinene (44.1%),terpinen-4-ol (22.0%),Г-terpinene (7.0%) and 1R-α-pinene(6.8%).
