两种幽门螺杆菌尿素酶依赖性检测方法比较

目的　评价快速尿素酶检测 (RUT)及14 C尿素呼气试验 (14 C UBT)两种幽门螺杆菌检查方法的准确性、安全性及经济性。方法　 95例经胃镜检查下取活检做快速尿素酶检测后立即做14 C尿素呼气试验。 95例患者中单纯性胃炎 8例 ,十二指肠溃疡 4 7例 ,胃溃疡 13例 ,疣状胃炎 13例 ,十二指肠球炎 11例 ,食管炎 3例。结果　全部检查者中 ,RUT阳性 5 0例 ,阳性率为 5 2 6 3% ;14C UBT阳性 6 0例 ,阳性率为 6 3 16 % ;二者均阳性 4 1例 ,二者均阴性 2 4例 ,以14 C UBT为标准 ,阳性符合率为 6 8 33% / ,阴性符合率为 6 8 5 7% ,二者总符合率为 6 8 4 2 %。结论　快速尿素酶检测方法简便、快捷、经济、准确 ,无近期及远期不良反应。

Compare two ways about Urease based test for the detection of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective To evaluate the effect of RUT and UBT in detecting HP. Methods Ninety five gastric mucosal biopsy specimens with 8 gastritis, 47 duodenal ulcer, 13 gastric ulcer, 13 verruca gastritis, 11 duodenitis, 3 esophagitis, were obtained, and were examined by RUT and UBT respectively. Results In the entirely scrutator, 50 masculine of RUT, MASCULINE RATE 52 53%, 60 masculine of 14 C UBT, masculine rate 63 16%, 41 masculine both of two; 24 negative both of two; according 14 C UBT, 68 33% tally with masculine rate, 68 57% tally with negative rate, 68 42% tally with both. Conclusion RUT is a easy shortcut econnmy and nicety method, without badness reaction both neaar future and at a specified future date.
