海洋放线菌 Streptomyces sp. 次级代谢产物的研究

目的 系统研究海洋放线菌 Streptomyces sp. 的次级代谢产物。方法 采用硅胶开放柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱色谱以及高效液相色谱等分离方法对 Streptomyces sp. 的次级代谢产物进行分离、纯化;根据理化性质和波谱学分析对所得单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果与结论 从海洋放线菌 Streptomyces sp.发酵物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到 12 个已知化合物,分别鉴定为3-苄基吡咯并哌嗪-2,5 -二酮(1)、3-苄基-8-羟基吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(2)、3-对羟苄基-8-羟基吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮（3）、3-(1H-吲哚-3′-基)甲基]吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(4）、3-异丁基-6-异丙基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(5）、3-异丙基吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(6)、二吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(7)、N-苯乙基乙酰胺(8)、4′,7-二羟基异黄酮(9)、4′,5,7-三羟基异黄酮(10)、4′,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(11)、吡咯-2-甲酸(12)。以上化合物均首次从该链霉菌属菌株中分离得到。

Study on the secondary metabolites from a marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp.

The secondary metabolites of marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp.were systematically studied.The ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth was separated by modern chromatographic methods,such as silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,TLC,preparative reversed-phase HPLC,and so on.The structures of the 12 compounds firstly isolated from the microorganism were elucidated as 3-benzyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione(1),3-benzyl-8-hydroxyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione(2),3-p-hydroxylbenzyl-8-hyd...
