2000～2007年浙东南沿海地区临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性变迁

目的:了解临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌对抗菌药物耐药性变迁情况。方法:对2000~2007年温岭地区医院细菌耐药性监测资料中肺炎克雷伯菌临床分离株的耐药性进行分析,细菌药敏采用API法。结果:临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌对抗菌药物药敏试验结果显示,该菌对哌拉西林和第一、二代头孢菌素耐药率一直很高;对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率上升不明显;对喹诺酮类、氨基糖甘类及复方新诺明耐药率出现前后低中间高现象;对碳青霉烯类呈高度敏感;2000~2007年该菌产ESBLS者增多。结论:临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性8年间呈普遍增长趋势。

Trends of antimicrobial resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae clinical strains isolated from southeast coastal area of Zhejiang Province during 2000～2007

Objective:To investigate the trends of resistance of antimicrobial agents among clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae during the years from 2000 to 2007.Methods:API method was applied to analyze the trends of drug susceptibility of K.pneumoniae isolated from hospitals in Wenling.Results:The resistant rates of K.pneumoniae to piperacillin,cefazolin and cefuroxime remained at high levels while which to piperacillin/tazobactam were not increased obviously.The resistant rates to quinolones,aminoglycosides and sulfamethoxazoles compound firstly increased and then decreased.Carbapenems were the most active agents against the K.pneumoniae isolates.The detectable rate of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases-producing strains of K.pneumoniae increased.Conclusion:An upward trend of resistance of K.pneumoniae to commonly used antimicrobials has been observed from year 2000 to 2007.
