心理护理对慢性前列腺炎病人症状改善及生存质量的影响

[目的]探讨心理护理对慢性前列腺炎(CP)病人症状改善及生存质量的影响。[方法]随机将106例慢性前列腺炎病人分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理,包括建立良好护患关系、心理行为干预、电话随访等。[结果]观察组干预3个月后前列腺炎症状明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);生存质量也明显提高,优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]有效的心理护理可改善慢性前列腺炎病人的症状、提高病人生存质量,是一种有效的护理方法。

Influence of psychological care on symptom improvement and quality of life of patients with chronic prostatitis

Objective： To probe into influence of psychological care on symptom improvement and quality of life of patients with chronic prostati tis. Methods.A total of 106 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each,the rou tine care was taken for patients in control group, the patients in observation group were given psychological care on the basis of routine care, including the establishment of a good nurse patient relationship, psychological and behavioral intervention, telephone follow up and so on. Results ： the symp toms of prostatitis were significantly reduced after three months of inter vention in observation group, the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group（P〈0.05） ;their quality of life has been improved significantly compared with that in control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Effective psychological care can improve the symptoms of chronic prostatitis patients, enhance their quality of life, and it＇s an effec tive method.
