摘    要:
吸烟是一个公共卫生问题,其危害性已引起世界各国广泛的关注。本文采用人体外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变方法,研究吸烟者与不吸烟者外周血淋巴细胞在MEM FA(Minimal EssentialMedium加Folic Acid)和MEM—FA(无Folic Acid)培养基中及48h、96h培养所得到的染色体畸变率的关系,并研究叶酸(Folic Acid)对染色体畸变的效应作用。结果表明,吸烟者染色体畸变率高于不吸烟者。无叶酸的培养基(MEM—FA)的淋巴细胞染色体畸变率比有叶酸培养基(MEM FA)高。染色体畸变率C组频率最高,长臂部位畸变为主,其次A组,1、3号染色体畸变为主。

Abstract:
Smoking is a problem of public health Harmfuln- ess of smoking has drawn the world's to put atte- ntion to it. This study is to compara Chromosome breakage in smokers with that in nonsmokers using minimal Essentia medium wfth Folic acid (MEM FA) and MEM without Folic acid (MEM- FA) for 48-h and 96-h lymphocyte cultures. The results showed that somkers had higher frequency of Chromosome aberrations than nonsm- okers in both MEM FA and MEM-FA and in both 48-h and 96-h cultures, and that the freque- ncy of Chromosome aberration was higher in MEM -FA media than in MEM FA media both in 48- h and 96-h, finally that the frequency of Chromo- sine aberration was higher in 48-h than in 96-h. The C group of Chromosome had highest fre- quency of Chromosome aberration, and which occu- rred more frequently in Q arm; than the frequen- cy of aberrations of the A group Chromosomes rank the second. In the A group chromosome No. 1 and 3 were mostly affected.
