| Abstract: | Immunogold-Silver Staining(IGSS) is useful to detect cell surface antigens under LM or EM. But due to the non-specific adsorption of the gold particles, and the appearance of a dusk background, it can not be used to detect intracellular antigens. We developed the method to treat the samples with gly~ cine after bovine serum albumin blocking and achieved a desirable result to show intra-axonal CaM by anti-CaM antibody. |
