复方丹参方专利技术分析

目的分析目前复方丹参方专利申请趋势,以期对中药企业的研发和专利申请提出指导意见。方法利用CNABS、CNKI等数据库,检索复方丹参方相关专利和非专利文献,从专利申请数量、授权率、技术主题等方面对复方丹参方专利申请趋势进行分析。结果复方丹参方的专利申请量从2000年开始迅速上升,但由于天士力集团的垄断地位,2006年开始申请量降低。2002年至2005年,专利申请主题集中在剂型的改造改进。2009年以后,专利申请主题逐渐转向质量控制。结论中药的研发要以专利为导向,明确中药的物质基础和质量控制,才能有利于我国中药现代化的长远发展。

Patent Technology Analysis of Compound Salvia Recipe

Objective To analyze the current trend of patent application for compound salvia recipe so as to provide guidance for the R&D and patent application of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. Methods CNABS, CNKI and other databases are used to retrieve the related patent and non-patent documents of compound salvia recipe. The trend of patent application of compound salvia recipe is analyzed from the number of patent applications, licensing rate and technical topics. Results The number of patent applications for compound salvia recipe rose rapidly from 2000, but decreased in 2006 because of the monopoly position of TASLY group: From 2002 to 2005, the subject of patent application focused on the improvement of dosage forms. After 2009, the subject of patent application gradually shift to quality control. Conclusion The research and development of traditional Chinese medicine should be patent-oriented, and the material basis and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine should be clarified, which is conducive to the long-term development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
