| 摘 要： | 目的探讨声辐射力脉冲成像（ARFI）技术评价非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）患者肝脏弹性的临床价值。方法分别对76例NAFLD患者和30例健康对照者应用声辐射力脉冲成像技术进行肝脏弹性的检测,比较并分析各组间肝脏弹性定量参数的差异。结果 NAFLD组与对照组间ARFI测值差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,NAFLD不同程度组间ARFI测值差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,重度与轻、中度组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。随NAFLD患者脂肪肝程度的加重,肝脏的ARFI测值也逐渐增高,两者存在正相关（r=0.453,P〈0.01）。结论声辐射力脉冲成像技术不仅无创,更可较准确的对NAFLD患者肝脏弹性进行定量评价。
