| 摘 要： | 因机体的个体差异及疾病的瞬息万变,错综复杂导致了临床误诊误治的在所难免。只有认真总结经验,吸取教训,前车之鉴引以为戒,才能提高诊治水平,尽可能减少误诊误治。通过对"口疮误治案"、"腹胀误治案"、"右肩疼痛误治案"、"鼻中异物误治案"四案误诊误治原因的分析,指出临床"四诊"同等重要不可偏废,并且尽可能详尽;临床思路要灵活宽泛,辨证辨病相互结合;做到心无成见,知常达变。从而获得真实的临床资料,得出正确的诊断结果,为治疗提供可靠的依据。 |
