正常人眼动脉及视网膜中央动脉血流参数测定

摘    要:采用Ultramark-9型双功能彩色多普勒超声仪对40例(80眼)正常人的眼动脉(OA)及视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的血流动力学参数进行检测。结果表明:正常人OA及CRA的收缩期峰速(VS)与年龄呈负相关关系,年龄越大,OA及CRA的VS越慢。正常人双侧OA及CRA的血流速度无显著差异。

Abstract:The hemodynamic parameters of ocular artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) in 80 eyes of 40 normal subjects were detected with ultramark-9 color dopple supersonic instrument. The results showed: There is a weak negative correlation between the systolic velocity ( V s) of OA and age ( r =-0 25). So is CRA( r =-0 22). The older the age is, the weaker the V s of OA and CRA are. The blood flow velocity of OA and CRA has no significant difference in normal eyes.
