| 摘 要： | 采用Ｕｌｔｒａｍａｒｋ－９型双功能彩色多普勒超声仪对４０例（８０眼）正常人的眼动脉（ＯＡ）及视网膜中央动脉（ＣＲＡ）的血流动力学参数进行检测。结果表明：正常人ＯＡ及ＣＲＡ的收缩期峰速（ＶＳ）与年龄呈负相关关系，年龄越大，ＯＡ及ＣＲＡ的ＶＳ越慢。正常人双侧ＯＡ及ＣＲＡ的血流速度无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The hemodynamic parameters of ocular artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) in 80 eyes of 40 normal subjects were detected with ultramark-9 color dopple supersonic instrument. The results showed: There is a weak negative correlation between the systolic velocity ( V s) of OA and age ( r =-0 25). So is CRA( r =-0 22). The older the age is, the weaker the V s of OA and CRA are. The blood flow velocity of OA and CRA has no significant difference in normal eyes. |
