摘    要:目的:探讨雄激素受体(AR)和载脂蛋白D(ApoD)在腋臭患者腋区顶泌汗腺细胞中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测AR和ApoD蛋白在腋臭患者和正常人腋区具有3种不同分泌时期的顶泌汗腺细胞中的表达水平。利用计算机图像分析技术测量AR和ApoD蛋白在顶泌汗腺不同分泌时期中表达水平以及在整体汗腺中的表达水平。结果:①腋(臭)区顶泌汗腺细胞的分泌活动具有周期性(分泌前期、分泌期和分泌后期)、非同步性分泌的特点;②AR和ApoD蛋白在腋臭患者顶泌汗腺中的表达水平均高于其在正常人顶泌汗腺中的表达水平;③AR和ApoD蛋白在不同分泌时期顶泌汗腺中的表达水平是不相同的;④在腋区顶泌汗腺组织中,ApoD蛋白的表达水平与AR蛋白的表达水平之间具有正相关性。结论:腋臭的发病可能与AR和ApoD蛋白在腋(臭)区顶泌汗腺细胞中表达水平的增加有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of androgen receptor(AR) and apolipoprotein D(ApoD) in apocrine glands from human axillae of osmidrosis patients.Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the expression of AR and ApoD in apocrine glands,which have three different secretory phases,from human axillae of osmidrosis patients and normal subjects(non-osmidrosis patients).Image analysis system was applied to measure the expression level of AR and ApoD in the whole field of apocrine glands and in the three different secretory phases of apocrine glands.Results: The whole secretory activities of apocrine glands from human axillae showed the characteristics of periodicity(pre-secretory phase,secretory phase and post-secretory phase)and asynchrony.The expression of AR and ApoD was found significantly higher in the apocrine glands from osmidrosis patients than that in the apocrine glands from normal subjects.The expression levels of AR and ApoD in the three different secretory phases were different.The expression level of ApoD was closely related to that of AR in apocrine glands from human axillae of osmidrosis patients and nomal subjects.Conclusion: The pathogenesis of osmidrosis may be related to the high expression of AR and ApoD in apocrine glands of human axillae.
