| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨循证护理在留置气囊导尿管并发症中的临床实践.方法 依据循证护理途经,确定循证问题,结合本院500例留置气囊导管患者资料分析,得出循证结果.结果 尿路机械性损伤出血8例,尿路感染10例,尿道口漏尿4例,尿管堵塞2例,拔管后尿潴留5例,拔管困难3例,尿管脱出6例.结论 通过循证护理在留置气囊导尿管并发症防治的临床实践,促进护理人员利用科学依据的护理实证去指导和解决临床护理问题,有效防止并发症的发生,为患者实施最安全、最有效的系统化的高质量护理.
