| 喉癌组织及血清中钙和无机磷测定 | |

| 摘 要： | 本研究应用ＡｂｂｏｔｔＡＢＡ一１００型生化自动分析仪对我科住院的喉癌病人血清及组织中无机磷含量测定。测定结果表明喉癌病人血清中无机磷含量明显高于正常对照组，Ｐ＜０．０１，而喉癌组织中无机磷含量与正常喉组织（取自猝死者）相比，两组间无差别，Ｐ＞０．０５。另外还应用ＥＤＴＡ一钙红指示剂法对上述病人行血清钙测定，测定结果，喉癌病人血清钙低于正常人，两组间差异非常显著，Ｐ＜０．０１。测定结果提示喉癌病人处于高磷低钙状态。 |

| Abstract: | The level of inorganic phosphorus in serum and tumor tissue of laryngeal carcinomapatients were detected by using Abbott ABA一100 type biochemistry autoanalysis instrument.The re-sults showed that the inorganic phosphorus level in patient’s serum was obviously highter than that innormal control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the inorganic phos-phorus levels in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and normal laryngeal tissues(P>0.05).The serous calci-um was also examined with EDTA一Calcium Red Indicator method.The result showed that the calci-um level in larygeal carcinoma patient’s serum was lower than that in normal people,and the differencewas very obvious(P<0.01).The results of this study demonstrated that the laryngeal carcinoma pa-tients might be in condition of high phosphorus but low calcium. |
