大鼠缺碘对子代碘代谢,学习记忆和海马形态结构的影响

摘    要:用低碘饲料揽制连续二代缺碘病的大鼠模型,研究第一、二代缺碘鼠学习记忆和海马形态结构的改变。结果显示第一代缺碘子鼠主要主要表现的逃避防御条件反射为指征的记忆能力低下和与学习记忆密切相关的海马神经细胞数量减少,退行性变,突触发发育不良、数量减少。第二代缺碘子鼠上述损害明显加重,并有大脑面积 马在大脑中的相对体积缩小,海马三维结构重建图象变小以及生长发育明显障碍等。审机能-结构损害互为因果在子代循环“叠
