腰俞穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症246例小结

目的：观察运用腰俞穴位注射疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将492例腰椎间盘突击症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各246例，治疗组采用腰俞穴位注射治疗，对照组采用环跳穴位注射治疗，均每周1次，3次为1疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率：治疗组97．56％，对照组88．6２％；痊愈率：治疗组67．48％，对照组41．46％；经统计学分析（痊愈率比较X^２=16．78，P〈0．005；有效率比较X^2=7．65，P〈0．01），两组疗效差异有显著性意义。结论：腰俞穴位注射疗法疗效明显，值得推广。
